Francisca Dapilah
Francisca is a farmer with a strong interest in sharing her experience and skills with others. She holds a High National Diploma (HND) in General Agriculture from Sunyani Technical University (STU). During her time at STU, she took on the role of Vice Coordinator of the Inter Tertiary Institution of Catholic Charismatic Renewal (ITI-CCR), showcasing her leadership abilities and commitment to community engagement. Additionally, she served as the organizer of the International Movement of Catholic Students (IMCS) PAX Romana, demonstrating her dedication to fostering collaboration and learning among peers.
In 2023, Francisca’s worked as an Agricultural Extension Agent (AEA) at the Brekum West District Department of Agriculture. In this role, she trained and visited over 200 farmers, imparting knowledge of the best agronomic practices to enhance their crop yields. Her exceptional performance was recognized when she was awarded the Best Women Trainee in forest horticultural crops production during her participation in the Leventis Foundation Program in 2023.
Now, at Tieme Ndo, Francisca will be closely involved with farmers in the Baafo Program, facilitating their access to essential farm inputs in the right quantities and at the appropriate times. With her blend of academic background, practical expertise, leadership and passion for teaching, Francisca is poised to make a significant impact on our farming communities, empowering farmers to increase their crop productivity and livelihoods.
